Our rent-to-own program is geared toward helping individuals who do not have the fico score and credit history/rental history needed to purchase a home right away.  We work with many investors who buy foreclosed properties, fix them up, and put them back on the market for sale or rent-to-own.  There is a time frame that is needed by which you will have to get your credit, employment and income situation in line to purchase the property.  The time frame is usually between 6-12 months.   The income guidelines depend on which property you choose.  They are much comparable to the homebuyer information page.
